2. Scope of Service & Disclaimer

LexonRank provides technical domain authority scaling. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is influenced by third-party algorithms beyond our control. LexonRank disclaims all liability for fluctuations in rankings, loss of traffic, or manual actions from search engines. The client acknowledges that SEO carries inherent algorithmic risks.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), LexonRank's total liability for any claim arising out of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service cycle in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business profits.

4. 100% Money-Back Guarantee

Our guarantee is strictly tied to the Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR) metric. If the target of DR40+ is not reached within 120 days, a full refund of the initial setup fee ($1,495) can be requested. Refunds are processed within 14 days of a valid request.

5. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliance)

• Data Hosting: Our infrastructure and service data are hosted on secure servers provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Germany (EU). This ensures that all domain-related data and communication are stored within the European Economic Area under strict security protocols.
• Payment Processing: To process transactions, we share necessary billing metadata (Email, Name, and Transaction ID) with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Stripe handles all sensitive financial data as a PCI-DSS compliant provider.
• Data Collected: We collect your Domain URL, Business Name, and Professional Email solely for performing the Authority Sprint and providing reports.
• Your Rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent for future data processing at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookie Policy

Our website uses only essential technical cookies required for site functionality and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies for profiling purposes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be brought before the courts of Denmark.
